The perfect idea of being alone only seems perfect as an idea. Being there is something entirely different. We don’t value it, that’s what it is. Being alone is such a blessing, it’s a mirror situation. You get to hear your voice loud and clear. But we are too afraid of our own voice, and we don’t like to see our true reflection.

The perfect idea of being in a relationship only seems perfect when you’re not in a relationship. Committing yourself to someone else takes more than most people tend to give or imagine. When you’re living the reality of shared feelings, it gets scary.

The perfect idea of having thick skin it’s only perfect as an idea. Sometimes we get hurt, and too often we get hurt. We want to crawl into our bed and hide from pain and humiliation. When we realize it’s boring to be hurt & alone, it doesn’t take long to get up and go outside, thus we want to be tough. Most of us don’t give in to social exclusion because we can’t bare feeling awful and alone at the same time. Then we choose this type of approach; serious look, sunglasses at night or at all times, headphones on, uptight atittude on. It’s a good idea, but a bad decision. Shouldn’t you want to be your true self !?

The perfect idea of being on top of your financial expenses, it’s a perfect idea. Until you go out and find yourself halfway drunk, and the perfect idea, ends up as just an idea… You end up spending more than you can afford, and just enough to have a terrible hangover. 

The perfect idea of being an actress is only perfect in fiction. Imagine “living” multiple lives and getting extremely attached to their realities. I would be so depressed saying goodbye to every role… Although I’d love to be an actress.

The perfect idea of owning a creative mind only seems perfect as an idea. In truth, creating, articulating ideas and living inside a creative human’s body is dangerous. Always on the edge of leaning towards happiness or uncertain times. When creativity gets away, it might be hard to breathe. When you’re feeling creative, a lot could go through your mind, good or bad, it doesn’t matter, everything is a source of creativity, especially a broken heart. I classify that idea as “The perfect dangerous idea”.
